Matwork Pilates 


Our Matwork Pilates is a mixed-level class suitable for all abilities. You will learn the Pilates principles; core stability, breathing, mobility, alignment, precision of movement and flexibility to help enhance a deeper practice, support a healthy body and gain a deeper understanding of Pilates.

Post-Natal Pilates

Our Post-Natal Pilates class is split into two classes; crawlers and non-crawlers. Each class is 45 minutes long, designed for mums to safely tone, stretch and strengthen post pregnancy. No prior pilates experience is required and no childcare is needed - your babies are welcome in the class!  ​ After both the two classes you are welcome to stay for a drink/nibbles, feed your babies and socialise with each other.
