FOUNDATIONS

A class designed for those new to Pilates. Join Jo as she takes you through the core principles of Pilates, focusing on core strength, posture, flexibility and toning. This class will be particularly beneficial for those needing some TLC for their backs.

Halling Pilates (mixed level) is a Foundations class.
PROGRESS
​
A more dynamic Pilates workout where you will take a step up from the Foundations class. It is an intermediate class so contains a balance of progressively challenging exercises and more dynamic movements.

FEEL THE BURN
​
A cardio pilates class designed to increase your heart rate and bring on the burn! To get most of this class, prior pilates experience is beneficial in maintaining good technique.

Suitable for all levels as modifications are given.

STRETCH AND FLOW
​
A class combining mindfulness and Pilates. It is a time for breathwork, mindful movement and resetting. Join Jo as she takes you through a routine that will leave you feeling mobile, toned, relaxed and refreshed.
POST-NATAL

A 45 minute class designed for mums to safely tone and strengthen post pregnancy. All abilities are welcome.
1-2-1 SESSIONS
